Location
Based around Derwent Water and the picturesque Borrowdale Valley, this is a great destination for team building and to explore some of England''s most beautiful countryside.

Accommodation
There are many options in the area that range from hotels by the lake with spa facilities or those nearer the bustling towns. You can even stay in an activity centre set in its own grounds where many of the activties begin.

Activities Available:

Mountain Experience You can't visit the Lake District without climbing a few hills! Guided by a qualified mountain leader, you can enjoy time in this beautiful location. Rock Climbing & Abseiling You will receive tuition at a local rock face then be able to put what you have learned into practise over the watchful eyes of the instructors. Gorge Scrambling Following a short uphill walk alongside the gorge, you will make your way downstream with a series of scrambles, slides, ducks, dives, swims and jumps - enjoy a water park in a natural setting! Canoeing You will be able to spend time exploring Derwent Water in Canadian Canoes. Set against a stunning lakeland backdrop this is a lovely way to discover one of Britain's most beautiful stretches of water. Competition Time If you want to add a little healthy competition between members of your group then why not incorporate some problem solving exercises, archery, orienteering, tree climbing and coricle building into your itinerary.
