Toon and Country
Northumberland and Newcastle
LocationNorthumberland is often called the Secret Kingdom as it is the largest county with the smallest population and has remained a well kept secret as people tend to stumble across it when they are on the way to other places and have to return so they can explore the rugged hills, unspoilt countryside and stunning coastline.
Newcastle is the nearest city situated by the River Tyne and home of the friendly Geordie’s. It is certainly worth a visit to experience some Northern Hospitality at first hand and learn why this small city has such a big reputation for great nightlife.
AccommodationFrom rustic accommodation in the remote countryside or a rural retreat to a beautiful country house hotel, we can organise whatever you want. Then if you would prefer to be in the city, we can recommend some great boutique hotels with a central location.
