Well what can I say?
It was absolutely superb.  There was not one single problem or complaint across the whole trip.  Flights were on time, representatives were efficient, friendly and punctual.  The activity team were fabulous making everyone feel very confident and safe and equipment was top class.  On top of that, the hotel was perfect with the most amenable host – he even gave us a champagne reception!
